In our sessions, you can expect:
• A grounded, non-judgmental space to share what you’re holding whether that’s anxiety, grief, overwhelm, or just the ache of not feeling like yourself.
• Tools and insights rooted in CBT, DBT, IFS, and trauma-informed care, always adapted to your pace and your needs.
• Room to explore your story and identity, especially during big transitions like pregnancy, postpartum, or shifting roles.
• Permission to take up space, to cry, question, pause, and feel without needing to explain or perform.
Individual Therapy
I am currently in-network with Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, PacificSource Commerical, MODA, andProvidence Health Plans.
If you are covered under any of these providers, I’m happy to bill your sessions directly.
For all other insurance plans, I operate as an out-of-network provider and can offer a superbill upon request if you'd like to seek reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service, and I accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and electronic payments through my secure client portal.
